I am the Manager of Business Development Department of Kastrati Group, Albania’s largest privately owned conglomerate—a diversified investment group with a strong track record across hospitality and tourism, infrastructure and aviation, energy, construction, retail, and financial services, and a growing international footprint supported by long-term capital, operational expertise, and an active investment approach. My role focuses on expansion across hospitality and tourism, infrastructure and aviation, and energy and mixed-use real estate, with a strong emphasis on investment discipline, risk management, and long-term value creation. Within hospitality, I have been directly involved in the development, acquisition, and operation of branded hotels and mixed-use assets in Europe and the United States, working closely with international hotel brands, investors, and operating partners. With cross-sector exposure spanning hotels, airports, and large-scale developments, I bring a pragmatic, risk-aware approach to investment decision-making in volatile and emerging markets, with particular focus on structuring resilient projects, aligning stakeholders, and managing development, financing, and operational risks.
