I began my career supporting a boutique law firm in Kyoto, helping local businesses navigate contracts and compliance. Later, I worked with a global consulting firm, deepening my understanding of international law and cross-border operations. Now I’m passionate about making legal processes accessible and reliable for hotel teams. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing shodo (Japanese calligraphy), hiking remote trails to find ancient shrines, and studying world mythology, always seeking new perspectives and stories that inspire thoughtful decision-making.

Assist with managing and supporting the hotel's legal and compliance matters, ensuring that operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Support the review, organization, and management of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Assist with research on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the hotel’s operations. Help staff understand and follow compliance protocols, and collaborate with legal advisors when needed.
