I am a founder and operator based in Georgia, building and scaling businesses at the intersection of hospitality, food & beverage, real estate, and technology. I am the co-founder and CEO of Episode Hotels, a high-tech hospitality brand, and Meama, a capsule-based beverage company, both created from the ground up and now expanding into international markets.
My experience is deeply hands-on and execution-driven. I work across the full lifecycle of business development: concept creation, operational model design, unit economics, production and supply chains, B2C and B2B sales, franchising, real estate acquisition and hotel conversions, and market entry strategy. I focus heavily on building scalable systems that reduce operational complexity while improving profitability and customer experience.
Coming from a developing market, my perspective is shaped by building efficient, resource-optimized businesses that can compete internationally. I prioritize clarity, structure, and practical decision-making over theory, and I approach growth with a strong focus on unit economics, operational transparency, and long-term scalability.
I use AI as a strategic and operational partner — for analysis, planning, frameworks, and execution support — grounded in real business constraints and real-world outcomes. My goal is to build globally relevant brands while maintaining disciplined operations and strong commercial fundamentals.
