With over 25 years in hospitality, I have built a career dedicated to delivering seamless, memorable, and professionally executed events. Since 2018, I have been working at Blaguss Utazási Irodák Kft. as a congress organiser, coordinating medical, veterinary, and legal conferences from concept to completion. I also create congress websites, prepare communication materials, and maintain ongoing correspondence with speakers and participants. Both the full preparation process and the on-site coordination are integral parts of my role. From 2001 to 2017, I served as Senior Event Manager at Day Holiday Kft., where I organised a wide range of events including trainings, conferences, congresses, team-building programmes, formal and informal corporate events, and sport days. I contributed to the development and editing of the dayholiday.hu and konferenciakonline.hu websites and produced bi-weekly newsletters. My work involved contract negotiations with partners, hotels, and subcontractors, as well as exploring new venues and programme opportunities. Earlier in my career, between 2000 and 2001, I worked at Hungexpo Zrt. as an International Relations Associate, representing the Zagreb Fair in Hungary, organising presentations and press events, and contributing to major projects such as the Central European Initiative conference and the “Magyar Világ 2001” exhibition. I began my professional journey at MOTESZ, where I organised conferences and congresses for medical associations between 1998 and 2000. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about creating well-organised, impactful events and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all participants and partners.
