With experience across hospitality and Big Tech, I’ve led complex transformations by combining technology, leadership, and systems thinking.
Early in my career at Hilton and Kempinski, I built foundational infrastructure and security frameworks to support hotel and brand operations.
At Google, I managed large-scale engineering operations across internal groups and Android communications. I led global programs spanning enterprise voice, mobile, and messaging, turning fragmented operations into a cloud product, reducing >$100M operational cost by 80%, and scaling deployments while supporting 150,000 users and products used by over a billion people.
Today, I’m focused on the hospitality industry as co-founder and CEO of inHotel. We’re building a platform for hybrid (human & AI) teams driving guest satisfaction, revenue, efficiency and compliance through customizable AI assistant (multi-agent) workers. The next-gen company operating system.
Our mission is to humanize AI, help people transition to the AI era, remain relevant, and thrive. Just like we did at Google, I want hotel owners to benefit from more open, efficient, and cost-effective tech and operations built around their needs.
I support hotel and other travel companies with their AI transformations, bringing together modern tools, removing ecosystem inefficiencies, and showing deep respect for the people doing the work.
I am married, have two daughters and a small dog. We live in Geneva, Switzerland.
