She works with leaders and their teams to develop innovative, pragmatic and enduring solutions to raise organization effectiveness and performance. Stephanie is currently Managing Director of AK+Partners, a Swiss-based internationally-active management consulting firm which is an Elite Partner of Predictive Index and is the owner of CATIL® solutions. Before leading her own firm, she held a number of challenging human resource roles of increasing responsibility at leading multinational blue chip companies. Stephanie has extensive experience and depth of knowledge in transforming organization’s human capital, coaching leaders to develop high performing teams, raising sales forces capabilities, facilitating alignment of people and strategy for sustainable performance, and accompanying businesses in re-thinking their operating models. She is a graduate of Haute Etude Commerciale (HEC) of Geneva, and holds a MSc in Industrial relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics. CIPD-accredited and certified in a number of psychometric tools.
