At InHotel, we’re co-building an interconnected AI-powered ecosystem together with any interested travel planner app developers, traveler acquisition platforms, DMOs, and PMS providers to facilitate direct bookings that retain commissions within the industry and offer ultra-personalized stays with low commission rates (0% to 15%).

Balanced Commissions
A 15% commission will be distributed as a 5% discount for travelers, a 5% bonus to the hotel that originally referred the traveler to the platform, and a 5% platform fee. These balanced benefits are designed to organically grow and scale the network.
Traveler Incentives
Zero commission, passing savings to travelers. Your hotel’s AI negotiates directly with travelers via their AI, offering exclusive perks like a 5% discount off OTA rates along with options they can choose from — whether it’s free airport pickup, a dinner voucher, a refreshing bottle of juice in their room, or late checkout. These low-cost gestures can make all the difference, often becoming the deciding factor for travelers who value these extras and feel that you genuinely care about their experience.
Low Commissions
Each participating hotel gains access to an Annual Booking Allowance with 5% commissions. Bookings beyond this allowance carry a 10% commission. Hotels can increase the allowance through referrals.
Commission-Free
Hotels pay a fixed subscription fee, with all bookings processed at zero commission.
