Share the agent card

An agent card is like a digital business card for your AI persona. It carries the key details about you and lets other AI agents or people contact your persona.

In SETTINGS > Deployment, copy the Agent Card link and provide it to the event organizer or expert platform operator.

What is an AI persona and how it represents me?

An AI persona is a digital twin that speaks and acts like you. It uses the profile information and documents you provide to answer questions about your background, beliefs, contact options, and the knowledge and skills you bring. When added to event lineups or consultant marketplaces the persona serves as an always on representative that presents your credentials, showcases your expertise, qualifies leads, and creates new monetization paths. You share the persona via an agent card that includes a chat interface so event planners and platform organizers can surface it to their audiences and let people interact directly. inHotel’s solution generates that agent card and chat interface and makes it easy to share.

How do I create a digital twin account to represent me as a hospitality conference speaker?

Sign up at inhotel.io/u/person-sign-up and follow the guided setup. You will enter basic identity fields like name, title, LinkedIn, a tight tagline, a short bio, and upload a profile picture, then add initial notes, 5 to 10 FAQs, and 1 to 3 documents you want the persona to reference. The platform will automatically generate a shareable agent card and a test chat so you can try Ask My Persona before sharing it with organizers. Everything is editable, and includes privacy controls so you only publish what you choose.

How do I control what my AI persona knows and will not share with hospitality event and expert platform users?

You control the persona by choosing what it learns and using privacy settings. Only upload content you authored or have permission to share, mark sensitive documents as private or excluded, and toggle Notes or FAQs active or inactive to teach or temporarily remove items. Test with Ask My Persona to confirm the persona will not reveal restricted content.

How can I test and improve my AI persona after setup?

Use the “Ask My Persona” button to chat with your persona and role play the conversations you expect from event organizers, attendees, and prospect clients. Run a set of organizer style questions, record where answers are incomplete or off tone, and then improve the profile by uploading an extra document or article, adding a clarifying FAQ, or tightening your biography. Re-test after each change and repeat until the persona consistently answers in your voice and routes complex requests to your booking link. Updates take effect immediately, so iteration is fast and low effort.

How and where should I share my agent card with hospitality event organizers and expert platform operators?

Go to Settings then Deployment and copy the agent card URL. Paste that link into submission forms, emails, or event management tools, or share it as a QR code or embed. Organizers can add the card to speaker or trainer grids so attendees and other agents can discover and interact with your persona. inHotel’s solution generates this shareable URL automatically.

What other uses can my AI persona have beyond event and expert lineups in travel and hospitality?

Your persona can be used for pre-event Q&A, trainer prep, audience warm-ups, speaker bios on event websites, and lead qualification for consulting. It can also enrich your presence on expert marketplaces and company directories, making your expertise searchable and actionable. As travel and hospitality organizations adopt AI agents, they can integrate your persona into business workflows. Your persona becomes an extension of you in the digital economy, discoverable and ready to engage, earning passive income from the unique insights and skills you develop. The solution is designed to evolve with new features, so your persona will gain capabilities as the platform adds integrations and discovery tools. It is designed to reuse the same profile across events, marketplaces, and hospitality organizations so you set up once and benefit repeatedly.
