Introducing the Community Assistant

Hotels and hospitality schools have long been places of connection. They bring together alumni, friends and family, local businesses, and the surrounding neighborhood. But turning those connections into an active, thriving community takes more than good intentions. Teams are busy, and opportunities often slip by.

The Community Assistant opens up new possibilities.

This AI-powered assistant helps hospitality organizations explore fresh ways to support and engage the people around them. It might share updates with alumni, help plan events for friends and family, or strengthen ties with local businesses through collaboration and visibility. It sets the stage for hotels to become places where guests feel a sense of belonging, where local businesses flourish with added visibility, and where the neighborhood sees the hotel as a welcoming anchor and trusted supporter.

The assistant is already lending a hand at EHL, offering useful tips to participants of the upcoming Open Innovation Summit this May. We’re proud to be a member of the EHL Innovation Hub, and even prouder that our AI technology is actively contributing to the school’s mission of connecting people and ideas.
